as your rank is multi digits there is no chance of getting admission in eithee vit vellore or chennai but there are some chances to get admission in amaravathi or bhopal

I got 181737 Rank if there is any chance to get in vit College

Chances seem very low honestly as for Vellore and Chennai campus the cutoff rank has been observed at 50000-55000 as per trends.

From last year trends, ranks below 1.5lac were called for counselling for Amaravti and Bhopal campus and hence chances look low.

Chances seem very low as per trends which suggests only top 50000-55000 ranks have been allocated seats from 2016 & 2015 statistical data published for Vellore and Chennai campuses.

Which is better nit surathcal or vit vellore for CSe branch for ladies

You should choose nit then

Because After completing B.Tech course from NIT you will get a good job and a handsome salary.
Note that VIT is private deemed college while NIT is a government college

Also note that NIT surathkal have nice placement with average salary 14-16 lakhs per year.

College Infrastructure

Vellore Institute of Technology has a really nice infrastructure with clean classrooms, labs, library and hostels. Wi-Fi is only available for 20 hours as it gets switched off around midnight. Campus is big and nice, but it can get crowded. Hostels are very hygienic as they get cleaned daily.
