i am expecting 80 above in my vit entrance exam so should i get mechanical in vit vellore

Hi Girik,

With a mark of about 80 we can not be so sure about the rank and the branches that will be offered to you there. But you might get or you might not because ME is an evergreen branch . So do keep hope. You might get.

what will be my rank in2017 vit if I have done around 50-70 question correct in my vit exam. and which branch I am likely to get

Marking Scheme is given below -

For each correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded.
There is no negative marking.

And rank should come under 6000, and as per this score chances are there to get seat in VIT main campus in lower branches.

What should be the min ranking in viteee to get into vit, vellore ?

Around 18000-20000 rank under 1st category is required in viteee to get admission in vit vellore atleast...for cse branch 5000-6000 rank is required....so prepare accordingly...all the best!

Great lab infrastructure. Many advance equipments. Big campus with many food options available. Very crowded though, it's like there is a whole city inside the campus. Buses are there to travel inside the campus.

College Infrastructure

VIT Vellore has excellent infrastructure with modern academic buildings, well-equipped laboratories, smart classrooms, a spacious library, and campus-wide Wi-Fi. The hostels are well maintained, and there are good sports facilities, cafeterias, auditoriums, and green spaces. The campus is clean, safe, and provides a comfortable environment for learning. However, due to the large student population, some facilities can become crowded during peak hours. Overall, the infrastructure is impressive and supports both academics and extracurricular activities very well.
