You have to book slot in order to know exam centre most probably from 3rd week of March 2018.Also,you must have filled city name in VITEEE application form so you can check exam dates accordingly with respect to your city from the below given link:

As far as I know, this is the first time I think VIT is considering UCEED scores so there is no knowledge on this front but since all top rankers prefer IITs and IIIT Delhi, you may stand a chance.

College Infrastructure
Vellore Institute of Technology has a really nice infrastructure with clean classrooms, labs, library and hostels. Wi-Fi is only available for 20 hours as it gets switched off around midnight. Campus is big and nice, but it can get crowded. Hostels are very hygienic as they get cleaned daily.
