my rank in vit is 71008 is I have any chance in 3rd council to get ME OR CS branch

There is a less possibility of getting into the ME or CS branch with the said rank. So can't really say what possibilities exist till 3rd counselling.

College Infrastructure

Vellore Institute of Technology has a really nice infrastructure with clean classrooms, labs, library and hostels. Wi-Fi is only available for 20 hours as it gets switched off around midnight. Campus is big and nice, but it can get crowded. Hostels are very hygienic as they get cleaned daily.
