When will VIT officially declare the cut off list for various Engineering Branches? ?

They will not declare any cut off for the same, they already have announced the rank range, according to that only you will have to attend the counseling.

College Infrastructure

Vellore Institute of Technology has a really nice infrastructure with clean classrooms, labs, library and hostels. Wi-Fi is only available for 20 hours as it gets switched off around midnight. Campus is big and nice, but it can get crowded. Hostels are very hygienic as they get cleaned daily.
