If I want Computer science in VIT vellore then how many marks am I to get in VITEE?

To get admission in main campus, you will have to score more than 100. So plan accordingly to accomplish your goal.

is it better to get.into any govt. college or private like VIT ,KIIT,SRM,BIT.

It depends which Govt college you are asking for as all are different from each other ranking and rating wise. But yes, if you talk about the private colleges then BITs comes first then VIT, SRM and after all you can consider KIIT.

Can I expect any branch in any campus of vit if my score is 60 ??

College Infrastructure

Vellore Institute of Technology has a really nice infrastructure with clean classrooms, labs, library and hostels. Wi-Fi is only available for 20 hours as it gets switched off around midnight. Campus is big and nice, but it can get crowded. Hostels are very hygienic as they get cleaned daily.
