With 90% in PCM, you have a good chance of getting admission to VIT Chennai Integrated M.Tech programmes such as Software Engineering or CSE (Data Science), as admissions are mainly based on Class 12 PCM marks. VIT Chennai generally requires a minimum of 70% aggregate in PCM for eligibility.
