Based on the past record you have no chance with the other branches except for civil engineering.That is your last hope at vit chennai.however you can try your luck with the other branches like vit bhopal or ap.You have more chance of getting a seat there!you can possibly get a eee also!They are new campuses relatively their quality might not be as good as chennai or vellore ! However all tjis depends on what course you actually want.So try to get a good course like ece or civil .
Your other option is to try from other universities like srm or manipal.They are equally good butnot the best.Again depends on whether you have written their entrance exams.Try for bitsat also.
All the best ,choose wisely based on your interest and scope.See what you genuinely like instead of just doing engineering because i have seen many regreting after taking the wrong course.
So i am sorry there wont be any seats available at vit vellore ,even in category 4 or 5.

The tution fee at Amaravti campus is 1,76,000/- per year and the tution fee at Bhopal campus is 1,98,000/- per year However, The placements are currently unpredictable at both the campuses because there is no pass out batch because both the universities are established in 2017. So,the pass out batch will be in 2021. However the university is tied up with HCL, TCS, and L&T for better placements. So, you can expect best placements. The hostel facility is provided to both boys and girls At Bhopal and Amaravati campus. The hostel fee at VIT Amaravti is 84,750/- per year and VIT Bhopal is 1.1 lakh per year which is quite expensive than the amaravti campus hostel fee And vellore campus hostel fee. See,Computer Science Engineering is always been considered as an Evergreen field. Most of highest placements are mainly from CSE Department.Infact from 2014,2015,2016 consecutively,VIT is holding the Limca Book Record for Highest placements(1911) on a single day.
And regarding joining VIT, i would say you must join.This is because:
Its all upto you that how do you Grab the oppurtunity.If youy Study hard and clear all Projects and clear every semester with good grade points,no one can can stop you from pursing Dream offer jobs.

Since you have not mentioned the course you want to know the fees for i am informing you about the fees of undergraduate courses
The fees for BBA at VIT AP is INR 2,75,000 per year which it a total for three years of INR 8,25,000
Whereas for B.Tech. the fees for 1st year is INR 1,76,000 and the remaining the years each of INR 1,73,000 which makes it a total of INR 6,95,000
