The College has an open-access Library and Reading Room that is constantly enriched with the latest publications and book editions. It provides a wide range of reading and reference material for students and teachers alike. The Learning Centre is central to each student's academic progress. In it, we have shelf space for some 5000 books, with already a rich collection. In addition, students have access to periodicals and audio-visual resources, the Internet, and photocopying facilities. The Learning Centre also supports the archiving of the school's various learning resources and records.

The college has well-resourced separate laboratories to conduct practical classes in the Pathology Lab. It is ensured that the laboratories are used right from class VI onwards to make the learning of various science topics interesting and application-based. Apparatus, specimens, and chemicals are of standard quality. The labs are well-ventilated and equipped with first aid and fire extinguishers for the safety of the students. The classes are conducted only in the presence of the educators concerned and the lab assistants.

The college has a spacious Computer Lab to develop the computer skills of the Students. The basics of Computers are being taught for each branch itself.

The College has a Sports and Games takes its rightful place in the lives of students at   Aditi Institute, whether they seek high-level competition or recreation. Sports give an opportunity to develop their physical skills and to remain healthy and active while experiencing the pleasure of achievement.

The College has a large playground with a thrown ball, volleyball, badminton courts, and a cricket pitch.
