You have very less chances of getting CSE at the NIT andhra pradesh but you will get metallurgy and bio-tech at the campus most probably. You can apply for other NITs too you may get Good branches at NIT patna or boarder NITs.

Based on your rank and category its difficult to get seat in cse or ece but you have chances to get seat in mechanical ,civil , bio technology , metalurgy  and chemical

NIT andhrapradesh is situated in tadepalligudem , andhrapradesh. however the cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category etc. however as per the previous years closing score analysis of different stream, you have decent chances
