Amrita University provides around 300 scholarships every year according to the rank of candidate in AEEE. There are 3 types of scholarships given- 90%, 75% and 25% of college fees.
In order to get 90% scholarship your rank should be below 1000 in AEEE. To get this rank, you will have to score more than 160 marks out of 180 marks.
The scholarship is provided every year but the condition is that you will have to maintain a minimum cgpa of 7.5 or more in order to continue your scholarship.

It will be very difficult for you to get a computer science and engineering seat at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore with the mentioned score as it is the most opted and demanded choice among the aspirants of AEEE. Your rank as per the past trends could lie between 8-10k that is insufficient for fetching you a CSE seat at Coimbatore campus. 111 marks could get you CSE branch only if you have the state quota, because students who have the state quota could get CSE with mere 105+ marks. Whereas if you don't have the state quota or you belong to the open category then its not possible for you to get into CSE. You need to have 145+ marks if you don't have the state quota.
But don't loose hope, give other state exams as well to grab your desired branch.

There is only bit chance that you will get any seat here just because of the state quota, they prefer their home state students other than any one, you've scored nice but it would be more beneficial if you were from Tamil Nadu. For the score of 115, your rank should be around 7k and to get lowest seat in Amrita your rank should be around 5k atleast in open state.

If you really interested in Amrita then you can go with the admission through management quota, they might ask you for the donation to get any seat here but donation fee is only high in CSE like branches only.

Amrita University never releases exact cutoffs but as you got above 100. I can tell you that you can get in ECE with this score in this University. May the rank prediction could not be possible but I could say that you can the specified branch ECE in Amrita University in Coimbatore Campus.

Yes, you can get admission with 97.5 percentile to Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) branch at Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore. As 70% of the total seats are filled as per the scores obtained in Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam (AEEE) and only 30% of seats are filled based on the JEE Mains scores.

It is difficult to say that in which category (i.e. 1st, 2nd, or last category) you will get admission as the number of candidates applying through JEE Mains scores are more and the number of the setas available is less. But yes, you can get admission there. You can try till the last counseling round.
