Not perfect but good Hygiene in college facilities and living spaces is very important for the health, comfort, and well-being of students. A clean environment helps prevent diseases, improves concentration, and creates a positive atmosphere for learning. Colleges should maintain proper hygiene in classrooms, libraries, laboratories, hostels, canteens, and washrooms. Regular cleaning of floors, desks, windows, and furniture should be done daily. Dustbins must be placed at proper locations and emptied regularly to avoid bad smell and waste accumulation. Hostel rooms and living spaces should be kept neat and organized by students. Bedsheets, clothes, and personal belongings should be cleaned and arranged properly. Rooms should have proper ventilation and sunlight to maintain freshness. Students must avoid littering and should clean their surroundings regularly. Washrooms require special attention. They should be disinfected daily and supplied with water, soap, and handwashing facilities. Canteens should maintain food hygiene by preparing meals in clean kitchens and serving safe drinking water. Students also play an important role in maintaining hygiene. They should follow cleanliness habits such as washing hands, using dustbins, and keeping shared spaces clean. Good hygiene practices in college facilities and living spaces promote better physical health, mental peace, and a disciplined lifestyle.
