Yes, you may get MBBS seat in Andhra medical college, Visakapatnam.As the cut off rank in 2018 for BC category in AMC is 12039 so you may get seat.But a seat will be alloted based on vacancies available and reservations and cut off may slightly increase

Bangalore med college offers 250 mbbs seats at aprrox 2.70 lakh total fees.
