The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The Library of Annoor Dental College & Hospital is located on the second floor of the college building. It provides study and research facilities for the Faculty of Dentistry and the Basic Medical Subjects. The Dental Library maintains extensive collections of books and journals for all related subjects. The college has an excellent Health Sciences library with state-of-the-art facilities. The library has been carefully planned to have more space & natural lighting for the comfort of students. The library is well-equipped with different resources. It has an undergraduate section that has the capacity to accommodate a minimum of 150 students and a postgraduate section that can accommodate a minimum of 60 students. The library has more than three thousand books in the circulation section, and it also has reference collections on Dental and Medical subjects.

To unleash this intelligence that is dormant in our students, the Physical Education Department of the College supports and motivates the students to participate in various inter-dental fests conducted all over Kerala and Kerala University Health and Sciences. The department includes all the major Sports, games, and & Yoga. We have separate courts for basketball, volleyball, football, badminton, and athletics. The department conducts annual sports events, held for one week, providing students a platform to participate in various sports events. This inter-collegiate sports fest is one of the many opportunities for the exhibition of sportsmanship by our students.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

A chic and cozy snack bar inside the main building provides students and staff with cool drinks, beverages, and titbits. The College Canteen is a large, spacious area with a view of greenery all around, and a variety of refreshments and meals available. It tends to be the most popular place on campus, not only for physical refreshment but also for student bonding, discussions, and even work on assignments and projects.

The Auditorium serves as a space for encouraging creativity and fostering communication. The daily assembly, talks by guest speakers, inter-college competitions, and important functions, including the annual College Day, Independence Day, and Teachers' Day, are held here. The auditorium can seat about 700 people and has a very advanced lighting and sound system. It is equipped with a large stage (40 × 60 ft), comfortable seating, carpeting, wall paneling for acoustic effects, and washrooms. The sound system includes a 12-channel mixer and a studio master.
