Splash is a two-day management meet that will be organised every year in March. Students from various colleges participate in formal and informal events. Formal events like Marketing, HR, Finance, Young Manager, and Business Quiz are conducted, and Informal events like Fashion parade, Treasure Hunt, Dance, Singing, and Best out of waste will be organised. Cash prizes and certificates will be awarded to the winners. Students from 40-50 colleges participate every year on average.

The Seth Ghasiram Gopikishan Badruka Educational Society has set up a Centralised Placement and Grooming Division whose major objective is to help students obtain internships and placements in reputed companies across various industrial sectors.
