As a student of Baikunthi Devi Kanya Mahavidyalaya in Baluganj, Agra, my overall experience has been positive. The college offers a supportive and disciplined environment, especially for girls who want to pursue higher education in a safe and structured setting. The faculty is experienced and helpful, always ready to guide us not just in academics, but also in career planning and personality development. The college offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, especially in Arts, Science, and Commerce. The infrastructure is decent with well-equipped labs, a library with a good collection of books, and classrooms that are maintained regularly. While the campus is not very large, it is clean and secure. Extracurricular activities like NSS, cultural programs, and sports, which adds a nice balance to our academic life. The administration is generally responsive, although certain procedures can be slow at times.

I’ve seen the placement scenario vary across departments. In B.Com, BBA, placements are fairly promising—around 50–70% of students secure jobs, with salary packages ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 per month. Many are recruited by local banking and insurance firms, and internships are fairly common. Overall, commerce students enjoy relatively better placement opportunities, whereas BBA students may need to proactively seek internships or external opportunities to boost their career prospects.
As a B.Sc. student at Baikunthi Devi Kanya Mahavidyalaya, I appreciate the solid academic foundation it offers in core sciences. The program spans three years and is conducted in full-time, offline mode—perfect for hands-on learning. You can choose from three main specializations: Chemistry, Zoology, and Botany CollegeDekho +1 . Admission is merit-based, requiring 50% aggregate in 10+2 Science (with appropriate subjects like PCM for Chemistry/Maths or PCB for Zoology/Botany.
It was fun being in baikunthi devi kanya Mahavidyalay, agra. It feels vibrant, secure and enriching . The infrastructure is well appreciated, aesthetic and neat. Specially it gives you picture perfect vibes. And the college canteen is very clean and healthy. The food there is good, tasty and hygienic , especially samosas are famous.
Baikunthi Devi Kanya Mahavidyalaya is often recommended by its students for its strong academic focus and supportive faculty. It is portrayed as a good choice for female students seeking a disciplined and encouraging educational environment in Agra. However, prospective students with high expectations for on-campus placements, particularly in specific professional fields, may want to further investigate the placement records for their chosen course of study.
My experience in this colloge is very good... This college gave me a best life... Nd teachers of this are very good nd supportive.... I learnt here leadership quality..........,......... ..............
While some students, particularly in B.scprograms, report successful campus recruitment with decent salary packages, others, especially in professional courses like BBA, have expressed disappointment with the quality and relevance of the companies that visit for placements. The effectiveness of the placement cell seems to vary across different departments and batches.
College infrastructure is decent. Classes and its desk are well maintained. There are no wifi and AC's in the classroom. There are no sports centre but there are laboratory. Everything is well maintained.

The curriculum covered a wide range of topic and our professors were approachable, often taking extra time to help students who needed it.

The college was quite affordable especially for a single gender institution focused on empowering women. The tuition fees were reasonable and the education we receive was definitely worth it. I heard that even today the college is quite affordable.
Campus life was full of energy, we had cultural events sports activities debates, national festivals and many other activities to keep us engaged. I remember the annual events and other festivals are the time for all of us to come together and showcase our talent.
