Hello Aspirant,

Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Maharashtra according to your profile and category as general.

It is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of your admission chances in any particular college because the cut-off keeps on changing every year depending upon various factors such as :-

*** number of candidates appeared in NEET 2021

*** difficulty level of the paper

*** top score for NEET 2021

*** total number of seats available for admission and so on.

But we can help you on the basis of previous years cut-offs, by analyzing data of previous years we can guide you up to some sort of your admission chances in Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Government Medical College and Sassoon General Hospital, and College of Nursing, Pune.

As we go through previous years cut-off data then it shows that the closing cut-off marks were around 605-610 for Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Government Medical College and Sassoon G eneral Hospital, and College of Nursing, Pune under state quota for General category.

Dear aspirant

BJ medical college, pune is one of the finest medical college in india and it's cut off marks goes very high.

In NEET 2020 maharashtra state counseling cut off marks for bj medical college, pune for SC category was Air 55684 and 540 marks.

so to get BJMC,pune in SC category your score must would have been 535+ marks in NEET 2021 but your expected marks way below than previous year cut off marks so it's very negligible chance to you get in this college.

Also it's very tough to get you govt mbbs college in maharashtra state counseling at your expected marks as last year lowest cut off marks was Air 106288 and 477 marks.

at your expected marks you may have chances in govt BAMS BHMS course in maharashtra state counseling.

You can use NEET UG college predictor tool for knowing chances of getting MBBS BDS ayush colleges at your expected marks.

All the best

Hello Candidate,

According to the previous years NEET cutoff  students should score 500+ marks in the NEET examination to get seat in government medical colleges.

For a general category getting admission through NEET and getting a government college  is quite a bit difficult task , But you can do this you have to work harder .

So, for a general category to get a government college the marks should be around 650+ and to get a very good government college you have to score 700+ marks.

you can use the NEET college predictor from the given link :-

All the best..!

Hi

Your profile suggests that your domicile state is Karnataka. I am guessing you are asking about government medical college for mbbs and assuming your category as general.

Predicting the marks required to get a seat in a medical college is quite difficult but when we go through previous year trends then

In neet 2019 , 443 marks for general category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks  that got an mbbs seat in a government medical college under karnataka state quota  and it was for ESI Medical College, Bangalore

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka

But yes,

cut  off   marks / rank   for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by students  in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.

So ,  you should try to get at least around 50 marks  more in comparison of Neet 2019 in your Neet 2021 Examination to be on the safer side, so you should try to get at least around 500 marks.

Now , limited time is left for your neet 2021 examination, so focus on preparation, go through the chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test papers once you are done with complete syllabus. To help you in your preparation we have neet knockout for you :- https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet

So you need to check the admission procedure by visiting the official website of the college in which you want to take admission in.

Hi

Your profile suggests that your domicile state is Maharashtra. I am assuming you from general category

It's  difficult to make prediction  but when we go through previous year trends then

In neet 2019 , 604 marks for general category was the cut off marks/ lowest marks  that got an mbbs seat in Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Government Medical College  under Maharashtra state quota

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-maharashtra

But yes,

cut  off   marks / rank   for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like

-----)  number of students that appeared in the neet examination,

-----) kind of marks obtained by students  in neet ,

-----) toughness level of the neet examination,

number of seats available etc.

So ,  in your Neet 2021 Examination to be on the safer side, so you should target at least 30- 50 marks more in comparison of neet 2019 i. e , you should target at least around 630 -650 marks .

Now that,

limited time is left for neet 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,

  • practising chapterwise questions

  • then revising the chapters,

  • solve at least previous 10 year neet question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation  ,

  • go through neet mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
