Separate Boys hostel facilities are available. Boys Hostel has a capacity of 174 and Girls Hostel has a capacity of 240. The College has provision for 100% of the total intake of students in Hostels. Each hostel room has two occupants. The size of such room is 27 sq.mt.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

Having spacious reading rooms which are well lighted and ventilated and have a sitting capacity of 200 students. Currently, the library has more than 8600 books and 60 National and International Journals are subscribed annually. The central library has a Digital Library having 25 P.C. with internet connectivity. It has the facility for online M.U.H.S digital library access which has more than 13,000 journals and 1300 books available through the internet. The library also has xerox and photocopy facility.

A well equipped Olympic standard sports complex is constructed in the premises of the Medical college which has facilities for sports activities like Badminton, Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Table tennis and swimming pool. A modern Gymnasium and Gymnastic hall is available. Full time dedicated staff including a Sports Director oversee the functioning of the Sports Complex.

Air-conditioned Computer room with Internet facility is available in Central Library with 25 nodes.

Cafeteria and Canteen facilities are available for the comfort of patients and staff.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminar.

A state of art central clinical laboratory is available with well equipped and sophisticated instruments like fully automated chemistry analyzer, electrolyte analyzer, chemo-immunosenescence facilities etc.

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.

The college has swimming Pool Facility for students.

The Alumni Association is registered and holds regular meetings to plan its involvement and developmental activates with the support of the college during the last five years. 

The club has been named Hornbill Club. Name was inspired by Malabar Pied Hornbill a large black-and-white hornbill with a huge bill found in abundance in this region of Konkan.
