Currently I'm pursuing engineering in information Science and technology and the teaching is very good,by the experienced teachers.So totally the teaching is excellent,knowledgeable, supportive, and skilled, with many holding advanced degrees; exams are moderate to difficult, with pass rates around 70-80%. The department fosters innovation through well-equipped labs and aligns curriculum with industry standards for placements and higher studies.

My collage is established in 1963, is one of the oldest and most respected institutions in the region. Despite its long history, the college buildings remain strong, well-maintained, and polished, reflecting excellent care and upkeep over the years. The laboratories and workshops are equipped with modern facilities, providing students with a conducive environment for practical learning and research. The college’s infrastructure supports a vibrant academic atmosphere and ensures a quality educational experience.

There are decent placements in our College.Last year the highest package offered is 9LPA (as per my knowledge). A strong placement record. For the academic year 2024-25, out of 580 eligible undergraduate students, 529 were placed, resulting in a placement rate of approximately 91%. The median salary package offered is around Rs 4 lakhs per annum. Postgraduate placements also show good results with about 35 out of 56 students placed at a similar median package.Top recruiters include reputed companies like HCL, IBM, Toyota, Bosch, TCS, Infosys, and Tech Mahindra, with the highest package reported as Rs 16 lakhs per annum. The placement cell is active with over 50 companies visiting annually, providing internships and pre-placement training to students. Placement success tends to be higher in software-related branches such as Computer Science, Information Science, and Electronics.Overall, BEC offers good placement opportunities with consistent industry connections and strong placement percentages beneficial for graduating student

Teachers and course both are practical-oriented mostly, weightage is given to practical. Teachers use labs, the aviation model, and theoretical lectures in their teaching. MBA aviation is a rare course it is not offered by many companies, but our college has a good course structure it is affiliated with VTU, which is deemed industry-oriented.

College life is really fun. There are a lot of facilities provided by the college they provide Wi-Fi with high-speed internet. I mostly like labs that have aviation engines, parts, and bodies they are useful for studying. No, not have college hostel and canteen, but many PGs are available within walking distance of college.

I figured out how to live with less. I found beauty in broken plans.

Placement was amazing. As you can see, our college is a Tier 2 college and is still improving. The highest package the student secures is 5.30 LPA, while the average is 2.12 LPA. Aroon Aviation, the airport authority of India, is hiring students. The internship companies that come to college are not that great they just need an employe with a degree and a low salary.

Totally fees and other expenses comes around 5lakhs.

All the teachers in the college are highly qualified and possess plenty of knowledge related to their subjects. They have an incredible way of teaching. The curriculum is designed to be industry-relevant, incorporating the latest trends and practices in marketing.
