You question is not answerable as central government gave a decision to conduct exams in september.

if state govenment want to don't  keep exams then it is state's wish.

so, Its not in the management hands.

FIrstly for any admission into the MBBS college, you should get the cutoff marks.

Next, admissions are not done in the spot. You have to attend counselling online and then take the admission after fulfilling the criteria given by the college.
