If your query is regarding NEET UG then the last date to fill CMC, Vellore application form for MBBS was March 26, 2020 and it was not reopened due to lockdown.There is no chance that you can apply now.You may have to wait untill next year or seek admission in any other college.

Shakil, even now if you look at it, CMC conducts its admissions based on NEET score alone. But yes, the merit list is prepared separately based on a separate list prepared on the basis of list of Sponsorships from the Associated churches. But the catch here is the list is prepared on the basis of NEET score itself. Now with the Supreme Court passing its Judgement, NEET will remain the mandatory score. Now what needs to be noted here is, CMC Vellore is a Christian Minority Medical College. So the preference will still be given to the Candidates belonging to this Minority group following the NEET scores. The Supreme Court did mention that its only that NEET is being made mandatory but the Minority Quota of the Minority Medical Colleges will still be filled by the Candidates who belong to Minority quota following NEET scores. So, 84 seats might be still filled by the Minority Candidates through NEET score. 1 seat will be recommended by the Union Government. The remaining seats are for General Category. If unfilled, these might go as Management Quota seats. This is just an assumption because CMC Vellore is yet to respond or release any official announcement in regards to this.

CMC Vellore entrance examination is conducted for admission to different  courses. This exam Was scheduled to be held on 12th may 2020. But due to the pendamic of covid-19 it is postponed. The new dates of the entrance exam is not notified by cmc.

At CMC Vellore, all students get a paid internship  after completing two years bond in missionary hospitals.  The stipend given is between 19000 to 25000 per month . Further stipend varies with the field of study and terms of bond.

It is mandatory for each student to serve a bond of two years .

There is no swimming pool in Christian Medical College, Vellore but just off the campus, there is a privately owned swimming pool that is frequented by campus residents. It is not far and almost like a part of the institution and therefore is quite a nice thing.

Gayathri, there are 100 seats in CMC Vellore. 74 seats are filled through recommendations of missionaries of associated churches. 10 seats are filled through wards of CMC staff. 1 seat is filled through recommendation by the Central Government. The rest are Open Category seats and there are approximatrly 2-3 seats allotted for SC Category. So you should score nothing less than 650 fpr a seat in CMC Vellore. Now this is based on previous years cut offs. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
