CMC Vellore is a  Private Medical College and so all the 100 seats are filled through Tamilnadu State Counselling. 74 seats are filled by sponsored children of Associated churches. 10 seats are filled by the children of wards of employees of CMC. 1 seat is sponsored by the Government of India. The rest 15 seats are filled through Open Merit. 3 out of these seats are filled by SC/ST. So if you belong to West Bengal, then it is difficult to study in CMC. But for someone who has the domicile of Tamilnadu, atleast 650 and above is an ideal score.

CMC Vellore has 100 seat intake and 74 seats are filled by the Sponsored children of Associated churches of the Church. 10 seats are filled by the children of wards of employees of CMC. 1 seat is filled by the Government of India. CMC Vellore is a Private Medical College which doesn't participate in All India Counselling. All the seats are filled through State Counselling. And so if you belong to West Bengal, a seat here might not be possible because CMC does not have any Management Quota. But just to answer your question, the fees is approximately 30,000Rs per month.

Kamal, CMC Vellore closed the registrations for NEET MBBS applications in April and CMC hasn't extended the date. So unfortunately, you cannot register no w, if you haven't registered earlier. Having said that many Candidates weren't able to register for CMC due to the lockdown being in place and so we can only hope that CMC opens its registration process. So please watch out for any official information on its official website.

If your query is regarding NEET UG then the last date to fill CMC, Vellore application form for MBBS was March 26, 2020 and it was not reopened due to lockdown.There is no chance that you can apply now.You may have to wait untill next year or seek admission in any other college.

Shakil, even now if you look at it, CMC conducts its admissions based on NEET score alone. But yes, the merit list is prepared separately based on a separate list prepared on the basis of list of Sponsorships from the Associated churches. But the catch here is the list is prepared on the basis of NEET score itself. Now with the Supreme Court passing its Judgement, NEET will remain the mandatory score. Now what needs to be noted here is, CMC Vellore is a Christian Minority Medical College. So the preference will still be given to the Candidates belonging to this Minority group following the NEET scores. The Supreme Court did mention that its only that NEET is being made mandatory but the Minority Quota of the Minority Medical Colleges will still be filled by the Candidates who belong to Minority quota following NEET scores. So, 84 seats might be still filled by the Minority Candidates through NEET score. 1 seat will be recommended by the Union Government. The remaining seats are for General Category. If unfilled, these might go as Management Quota seats. This is just an assumption because CMC Vellore is yet to respond or release any official announcement in regards to this.

CMC Vellore entrance examination is conducted for admission to different  courses. This exam Was scheduled to be held on 12th may 2020. But due to the pendamic of covid-19 it is postponed. The new dates of the entrance exam is not notified by cmc.
