The college has Library was established in 2002 at the time of the inception of the college. It is a computerized information system and all the functions of the library are activated through automation. Auto Lib software system is used for the computerization of the library. The central library is an open-access system and is adjacent to the Medical College & Hospital. It is easily accessible to the departments, classrooms, hostels, and staff residences. The library is a three-storied building and it occupies a total area of about 1316.98 square meters. It is one of the biggest Medical college libraries in the nation. The information storage and retrieval programs of the central library are growing past. There are 20 departmental libraries in addition to the central library of the college. It has a collection of books, bound journals, CDS, Video cassettes and floppies, etc.

The College has an Indoor of 750 capacity and an open-air auditorium of 3000 capacity.
