The experience was good only because of friends

I am a computer science student. Currently I am pursuing BE 1st year (2nd sem) , the management of 1st sem was good as compared to the management of 2nd sem If you are thinking that the college management will teach you each and every thing which is necessary for you to sit in the placements then you are going to disappoint yourself. You have to learn things by yourself from youtube or through apps.

      College Infra

Deccan College Of Engineering and Technology also known as DCET Our campus is huge but it does not have a canteen inside it although many shops are there outside the college. The best thing is,the college is having open gate system. During summer days it is very difficult to attend the classes as they are providing non A.C classrooms.

      Campus Life

It's best feature is open gate system. As we can enter and exit anytime But there is no greenery inside the campus. College life is fun if we make a good set of friends who are trust worthy Staff members and teachers are supportive enough Location of the college is also safe

      Placements

Every year the rate of placements at our college is declining . If we want to join a good company we should go for off campus placements There is no guarantee that you will get a placement , everything depends on your luck especially in this college.

      Value For Money

As I got free seat in this college through eapcet . So, I don't have to pay anything as course fee. But every semester it is necessary to pay exam fee which is roughly around 1500 rupees. But the one who got into this college through management they are paying around 80k per sem as course fee. In my opinion it is somewhat worthy enough only because of some selective lectures.

Good in studies bad in infrastructure

      Academics

When it comes to studies yess I'll rate them 4 not 5 because any branch from overall department they have a experience faculty which will give you the best guidance and even they predict well in exams so after mj college this is the bestest option here which will never leave you alone struggling with studies

      College Infra

I'll not give a single star to them horrible and waste nothing good exist here in fact they never behave properly with students just a waste attitude they have no proper communication no wifi support no cctv surveillance no canteen no washroom no lift not even having a proper place to sit just a hell on earth

      Campus Life

Yeah I feel good and it's very perfect place for girls who want themselves in niqaab and just staying in a Islamist way so it's really good there is no smoking there is no bad things happen over there so just safest for boys and girls

      Placements

There is no proper placement in any college or in any branch so comparing it isn't rightfull it's upon us if we are doing the best academic we can demand for it and they will make sure to give you the best job but still it's our option how company takes you as intern so it's on you actually how to perform and how to crack the interview of company

      Value For Money

Since only studies are well enough and nothing else so if they are providing some discount and all then it is very value for money because the place he has in city is really awesome makes you struggle less in up down travelling

The teachers are highly qualified with Ph.D. and help through the way. The curriculum is set by Osmania University and it makes the students ready to face the industry. The exams are pretty difficult and lengthy which makes us even more prepared for the industry.

      College Infra

Infrastructure is very basic nothing special. It is a politically owned college so it has a huge ground and facilities like library, labs and sports as well. It does not have a canteen but ample restaurants are there nearby. Metro is near too. No hostel service.

      Placements

The placement is nearly 60% with packages ranging from 5 to 25 LPA. Companies like amazon, QUALCOMM, etc. come for recruitment. About 40% students get internship. Roles like engineers developer, etc. There are multiple roles on offer for academically and industry excelled students.
