Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the GITAM University, Visakhapatnam.

Eligibility Criteria

A minimum of 50% or 5.0 CGPA aggregate marks in Intermediate or 10+2 examination from a recognized central / state board with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subjects.
Students scoring between 50–60% must meet at least one of the following criteria to be eligible:
a. Score over 42% (85/200) in GAT and over 75% in X Standard.
b. Score over 55% (110/200) in GAT.
c. Score over 85% in X Standard.
Additionally, such students must sign a waiver form if companies require more than 60% in Intermediate or 12th grade for placements.

College Infrastructure

It is excellent and well maintained.the campus is spacious,green,and eqipped with modern facilities for students .classrooms are digitalized with smart boards and projectors , and laboratories are well equipped for practical learning.

The Gitam University Vishakhapatnam Infrastructure is very good and it is very good atmosphere in the class premises It is good and still should be improved and the library was very good and coming to the facilities it is good

College Infrastructure

The campus is neat and well-maintained. Most of the classrooms have working projectors, and the computer labs are updated frequently. Internet access is decent and available in hostels and academic blocks. The library is quiet and a good spot to focus, with access to both hard copies and digital study materials. Hostels are manageable—neither too luxurious nor bad—just basic but livable.
