Government Ayurved College, Nanded Admission Process

Government Ayurved College, Nanded (GAC Nanded), as an institution for Ayurved teaching and research. North America is the area where Vazirabad in Nanded, Maharashtra by this college enjoys the status of being recognized by the Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) and provides various graduate and postgraduate courses. Application Process

For BAMS: 

  1. Candidates should apply from the Maharashtra State AYUSH admission portal. 
  2. Fill up the application form and submit all necessary documents. 
  3. Pay the application fee as stated by the admission authority of the state. 
  4. Subject to participate in the centralised admission process to be conducted by the state. 

For MD/MS Programs:

  1. Qualify in the AIAPGET test. 
  2. Register for the PG Ayurveda counseling process of the state.
  3. Complete the application form for GAC Nanded online.
  4. Upload all required documents including the BAMS degree certificate, internship completion certificate, and AIAPGET score card.
  5. Pay the prescribed application fee. 
  6. Take part in the counseling process according to the schedule announced by the state authorities.

This process includes verification of documents, followed by seat allotment based on merit and preferences. Following all instructions given by the college admission and state authorities becomes necessary for all candidates so that a smooth application process can rule out possible contingencies.

Degree wise Admission Process.

BAMS: Admission to the BAMS program in GAC Nanded is based on the state's common admission procedure. For this program, there are 125 seats available. Candidates should have completed their 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

MD/MS Programs: GAC Nanded offers admission in various MD and MS specializations in Ayurveda. Admissions for these master's degrees are primarily on the basis of scores obtained in AIAPGET. Following specializations are offered by the institute:

  1. MD Kayachikitsa (4 seats)
  2. MS Shalya Tantra (7 seats)
  3. MS Shalakya Tantra (6 seats)
  4. MD Swasthvrutta (3 seats)
  5. MD Rognidana (7 seats)
  6. MD Rasashastra and Bhaishjya Kalpana (2 seats)
  7. MD Kriya Sharir (7 seats)
  8. MD Ayurved Samhita Siddhant (3 seats)
  9. MD Dravyaguna (3 seats)
  10. MD Kaumarbhritya (7 seats)
  11. MD Rachana Sharir (4 seats)
  12. MD Prasuti Tantra and Striroga (3 seats)

It is to be noted that all candidates seeking admission into any of the MD/MS programs must complete their Bachelor's Degree in BAMS and qualify in the AIAPGET examination. The final selection, thus, relies on the score attained by the applicant in AIAPGET as well as other criteria specifically defined by state authorities.

Generally required documents for admission are as follows:

  • 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates
  • BAMS degree certificate and mark sheets (for PG Courses)
  • AIAPGET score card (for PG Courses)
  • Internship completion certificate
  • Valid ID proof
  • Domicile certificate (if applicable)
  • Category certificate (if applicable)
  • Recent photograph

I am pursuing BAMS from this college. The label of teaching is good and teaching Faculty is supportive. In Hospital the patient flow is good enough for practice. Hospital has sufficient staff and residents doctors.

Your rank around 450 but you are not mention your category so if I assume you are from UR CATEGORY than according to previous year cutoff there are no chance to get seats in AIQ government college but you may get seats in BAMS or BHMS.
