CBSC is a central board it doesn't matter from which state you have given the exam it is same for all the states. With your obtained marks in 12th you can't be able to take admission in any of the NIT / IIIT / GFTI because your percentage in 12th is low inorder to get into these premier institute you have to score 75% in 12th from any board i.e Central / State.
