Degree wise Admission Process

BA Specializations: Eight specializations are available under the Bachelor of Arts program at GFGC Kunigal. These include pairs like History, Economics and Political Science; History, Economics and Sociology; Political Science, Sociology and Optional Kannada/English; and Journalism, Economics and Political Science. Admission to the programs is according to the candidate's performance in the qualifying exam (10+2).

B.Sc Programs: The college offers two B.Sc specializations: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics; and Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science. Aspirants having a science background in their 10+2 are eligible for application. Admission is provided on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam.

B.Com Program: The GFGC Kunigal provides a program of Bachelor in Commerce to candidates who wish to pursue a professional career in the field of commerce and finance. Admission will be made based on the marks at the 10+2 exam, giving importance to those having studied commerce-related subjects.

BBA Program: The GFGC Kunigal offers Bachelor of Business Administration program for students who wish to pursue a career in management. It is offered based on the performance of the candidate in the 10+2 examination and also on any other requirements the college has.

M.Com Program: For post-graduate study in commerce, GFGC Kunigal has an M.Com program. The admission usually relies on the candidate's performance at the undergraduate degree (preferably B.Com) and entrance test or interview carried out by the college.

MA Sociology: The college also provides a Master of Arts in Sociology. Applicants with a bachelor's degree in any subject are eligible to apply, and preference will be given to those with a social science background.
