Admission to the First Year of a Diploma course in Government Girl’s Polytechnic, Almora is based on the results of JEEP. It is a state-level exam that is conducted under the instructions of the Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education Roorkee (UBTER). It is also known as the Joint Engineering Examination Polytechnic (JEEP). This entrance exam is conducted every year by the Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education for filling polytechnic seats in government/ private technical institutes of Uttarakhand.
