    College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is good compared to many other government colleges, the buildings are new and the maintenance is good. The college and hostels along with hospital are located within the walkable range which makes the overall experience hassle free.

    Academics

The academics are the main Focus of this college, since there are only 120 students per batch, the students teacher interaction is highest than any other government college. The college encourages all kinds of research programme and CMEs

    Placements

Placements is not really a theme of any medical College, but being the Government college and the district main hospital, GGH Ongole covers outpatients around 2000 daily which provides a massive clinical exposure and learning through experience.

    Value for Money

All the Government Medical Colleges are free of cost almost except for the mess and college fees. So it's definitely preferred than Private medical colleges where lakhs are required for the same things.

    Campus Life

Very friendly senior junior relationship, as the strength of evry batch is less.. everyone almost knows everyone which eventually strengthens the bonds. Teachers are the best here. The location is safe and there are shops for all types of needs very near to campus.

    Others

The college provides a good environment outside the city life and allows more interaction. The hospital is well equipped and there's always a scope to learn new things as the patient rate is very high

I got 506 in neet 2020 I belong to general category. can I get into rajiv gandhi institute of medical sciences ongole, under 15% aiq quota ?

    Hi aspirant,

If you got 506 marks in neet and belong to genral catagory you have no chance to get all india quota seat in government medical college. But you may get admission in Rajiv Institute of medical science through state quota. This information is based on previous years cutoff and the cutoff marks change every year. It's depends upon number of students that appeared in examination, number of seats available in colleges, difficulties of question paper, reservation catagory, previous years cutoff trends, etc.

You can use neet college predictor to know which college you may get with your marks. That is mentioned below:-
