At the Government Medical College, Palakkad, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) remains the flagship course. Annually, 100 students join this programme. Government Medical College admission to the MBBS is based purely on the candidate's performance in the NEET UG examination which is for six academic years with a mandatory rotatory internship for one year.
A candidate must qualify NEET-UG and score above the cutoff marks specified by the respective authorities to be eligible for admission to the MBBS programme. A candidate must have passed 10+2 or any other equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as major subjects. The selection process will be carried out through the counseling process conducted jointly by the state government and National Medical Commission (NMC).

You must try to obtain at least more than 500 marks in NEET MBBS result to land into some Government college. Further it depends on which category you belong to. If we talk about the cutoffs of previous years you can say that roughly its 125+ marks for unreserved category to clear NEET.
