Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.

Eligibility Criteria

First Year

• Candidates seeking admission to 04 yrs B. Tech program must have passed 10+2 (or its equivalent) examination from a recognized Board/ University.

• Candidates appearing for +2 examination or awaiting their results are also eligible to apply. Their candidature, however, shall be considered, subject to their clearing the qualifying examination.

• Passed 10+2 in science stream with a minimum of 45% marks for Gen/OBC candidates and 40% marks for SC/ST candidates is required. The compulsory subjects are Physics & Mathematics and one subject Chemistry/ Bio-Technology / Biology.

Lateral Entry (Second Year)

Passed Minimum 03 years or 02 years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) in any branch of Engineering and Technology (except Agriculture Engg., Pharmacy and Architecture) from the institution located in UP and recognized by BTEUP.

Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.

College Infrastructure

Hiet, Ghaziabad campus was average when I did my btech from here and campus includes 5 blocks for different branch , one block is newly built for mehanical engineering , and there is a separate block for civil engineering colloge infrastructure include three very big grounds for event ,sports and cultural purpose , there is a big round shaped satired amphitheatre, classes are normally settled nothing is special in it but laboratory are well maintained with facilities and food is also hygienic.

Crucial experience which I can't forget.

College Infrastructure

My college had all the facilities, being an engineer, it is our requirement to do more practical work rather than focusing on theory, when I did my course from this college so the same focus was on practical work and equipments for it properly maintained and available, laboratories per clean and well architectured, there is a digital library which fix moon and star on its look, I don't have much idea about mess food but yes food was hygienic and they properly take the cleanness into the consider

College Infrastructure

College is having all the facilities, very beautiful and big campus , college laboratories are designed in such a way it is totally look like a stadium if we capture it image from drone, but now college cafeteria is somewhere broken it need to be renovate, paint off wall is also so I becoming fade it again need to be improved, andover like talking about foods it's good, and campu is clean.
