Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must qualify for the 12th standard examination with Mathematics, Physics, and either chemistry or biology, computer application, or computer science with a minimum score of 45% for general students and 35% for backward cast students.

Admission Details

In all courses, 90% of students of approved intake capacity will be admitted based on merit position secured by the candidate in the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE). The balance of 10% of students will be admitted from JEE-MAIN per norms stipulated by AICTE and the state government.
Diploma holders in any Engineering /Technology discipline can enter a degree course in the second year at HETC, through an admission test, JELET, conducted by WBJEEB.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is very good. The classes are well maintained and having facility like projectors. The college have a big library where the conditions of book is also very good. There is also a canteen in the college

Students can apply Hooghly Engineering & Technology College.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is quite good.All college facilities and equipment are there.Classrooms are neat and clean.There are ac room and non ac room.The campus is outstanding.Flower garden are there.Canteen food is good as well.

It's absolutely amazing experience.

College Infrastructure

Yes , their are all most all infrastructure and facilities are available. In our college both ac and non AC classrooms are available according to the needs as well as also available full Ac laboratories and labraries and also have sports ground in our college. The sports ground always maintain by college. And also available canteen which provides hygiene foods for students as well as faculty members.
