Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Information Technology is a four-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by IMS Engineering College, Ghaziabad recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.

Eligibility Criteria

B. Tech Candidates must have passed the intermediate exam without any grace marks of U.P. Board or 10+2 level exam or its equivalent from any recognized Board with Physics and Mathematics as a compulsory subject; and any one of Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/Biology/ Technical Vocational as an optional subject.

Lateral Entry in Second Year- Candidates must have passed three-year Engineering Diploma in any branch of engineering (except Agriculture Engg., Pharmacy and Architecture) or three-year B.Sc. degree plus having passed 10+2 exam with mathematics as one subject.

Admission Details

The admission shall be on the basis of JEE (Main).

College Infrastructure

The college boasts of its good infrastructure comprising of spacious lecture rooms, well-equipped laboratories, a central library, good wifi connection and computer labs among others. The college environment is very good and clean. There are also sports facilities and common rooms available for use. All in all, the college has good infrastructure to facilitate both academic and non-academic activities of the students.

My overall experience at the college has been positive.

College Infrastructure

I am pursuing B.Tech in Information Technology. The curriculum covers programming, databases, networking, software engineering, and web development. Most faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly. The syllabus is updated regularly, but students should also learn new technologies like AI, cloud computing, and modern frameworks on their own to become industry-ready.

College Infrastructure

Kohli Infotech is very good and all answer available most all the usable facility. Maine sports ground aur available for the playing in the campus and there are activities conducted in every year. Hostel facility is also available in my campus and mess food are not higenic.
