Hello
If you get admission to Osmania Medical College through the All India Quota (AIQ), the Muslim quota reserved by the state usually doesn’t apply. AIQ seats follow central government rules and don’t include state-specific reservations. The Muslim quota is mainly for state quota seats filled through state counselling. So, Muslim reservation benefits are mostly for students admitted via the state quota. If you take admission through AIQ, you won’t get the Muslim quota advantage.

Hello,
With a NEET score of 370, OBC NCL category, and Rajasthan state quota, getting a government medical/dental college for BAMS, BDS, or BPT is very tough, as cutoffs are usually much higher. Management quota seats in government colleges are rare or almost nonexistent. You might have a better chance in private colleges in Rajasthan or other states, but government seats outside your state are generally limited unless you qualify under the all-India quota, which also needs higher scores.
