Index Medical College Hospital and Research Centre (IMCHRC), Indore has the infrastructure facility of the library, auditorium and hostel. The institute also has the facilities for students support which include, counselling centre, sports and magazine

• Library & Information Resources: The library has the latest volumes, in the fields of medical science and general areas. It has the membership for e-resources and has a subscription to national and international peer-reviewed e-journals. The library provides large reading rooms and comfortable seating arrangements. There is a photocopying facility available within the library to help the students to copy study materials. 
• Hostel: IMCHRC has residential hostel facilities for boys and girls. The hostel is equipped with facilities, which help students to have a hassle-free life. Sports and recreational activities are arranged at the hostel. The hostel rooms are available in a single and double sharing with and without attached bathrooms, and with or without air-conditioners. Each room is provided with a bed, a mattress or air-conditioned rooms in Hostel, study table, chair, wardrobe ceiling fan, tube light and curtains.  
• Lab: IMCHRC has a well-equipped laboratory. It is providing extensive and contemporary facilities for science teaching and research.  The lab includes a haematology lab, biochemistry lab, human physiology lab, anatomy museum.
• Auditorium: The auditorium is well equipped with air-conditioned, sound reinforcement system and video conferencing facilities. Projection facilities for films, slides, large screen videos, and multimedia presentations are also available in the auditorium.
• Sports: The college has indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Indoor games like carrom, table tennis, chess are available in the hostel. The college has a well-furnished football field and cricket fields. It also has a hockey field, handball, volleyball and badminton court. Tournaments in these sports are organised in the institute at the university level. The institute organises annual sports every year in which students of all disciplines take part.
• Medical Facilities: IMCHRC provides free medical facilities to the student and staff. Students can avail multi-speciality treatment, including tests and procedures at the hospital.
