Hello aspirant. Lucknow is one of the best IIMs for MBA. Except for the location part, as in a bit kind of far. Others and all lucknow is really one of the best. Quality of education, faculty, placements etc is really good. The initial salary would be from 10 lakhs per annum. With in a couple of years, the future would be really good with nice settlement and good package.

Welinker is better than ITM kharagpur in many ways. Weligker delivers good education, infrastructure and it has better placement records. Average placement of welingker is around 11-12 lakh per annum which is really good if we compare it with so many colleges out there.

ITM Navi Mumbai would be a better option for you as it is one of the reputed tier 2 B schools in India and has a good reputation in industry for their marketing program. Placements are also better as compared to Asia Pacific Institute of Management. Reputed companies like ITC, Nestle, Byjus, L&T, Lodha group and others visit the campus and the average package offered is nearly 6-7 lakhs. The fees for the Institute is nearly 8.5 lakhs. So it would be better in terms of both ROI and placements.

Asia Pacific Institute of Management is a pretty average institution. The fees for their PGDM program is nearly 9.5 lakhs and companies like ICICI, Flipkart, EY and some startups visit the campus and the average compensation package offered is 5-6 lakhs.

Institute of Technology and Management Bangalore is not a very good option for management. Though the fees is reasonable I.e. nearly 7.2 lakhs but the placements are not up to the mark. Only the Navi Mumbai campus is decent and offers good placements but the other campuses are not worth spending so much money for. If you don't have many options through CAT you must wait for CMAT as that will also give you a whole lot of colleges to choose from.
