Sorry to say but with this rank,  you have no chances to get a seat in B.Com (H) in JIMS ,kalkaji as the cutoff ranks of the previous years are less than 1k for outside delhi general candiates to get a seat there.

As far as placement is concerned both the colleges are similar, ICFAI Dehradun has highest placement of Rs.6.6 LPA and JIMS has highest placement of Rs.6 LPA.
