B.Tech. Regular 

The Candidate Plus two or equivalent qualified candidates from a recognized Board with a minimum aggregate of 45% (42% in case of SEBC & OEC or 40% in case of SC/ST) and have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at the 10+2 level. Physics & Mathematics are compulsory, and chemistry is one of the optional subjects.

B.Tech. LE (Lateral Entry)

Lateral Entry Candidates with a maximum age of 30 years at the date of application and should have passed diploma with 45% (42% in case of SEBC & OEC / 40% in case of SC/ST) or should have passed B.Sc. with Mathematics as Main or subsidiary subjects with 45% (42% in case of SEBC & OEC or 40% in case of SC/ST) and a pass in 10+2 level with mathematics as one of the subjects
