Hi,
Well if you are aiming for Kasturba medical college then you need to know that Kasturba medical college is one of the most in demand college in Mangalore. The cut off is usually high despite of the fact that it is a private college. The state cut off nearly ranges from 520-540 in NEET UG exam. If might increase this year and you can expect the same rise in cut off of NEET as well
I hope my answer helps you.
All the best.
KMC Manipa is a Private Medical College and Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, if you belong to General Category, you will need atleast 450-500 for a seat under Government Quota and you will need atleast 400-450 for a seat under Management Quota. If you belong to Reserved Categories, for Govt. Quota seats, you will need atleast 400-450 and for Management Quota you eill need atleast 375-400. Now cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. For guidance during NEET counselling you can check our MBBS Companion: https://www.careers360.com/mbbs-companion

Hello Ryan
Do you have a domicile for the particular state, in which you are seeking admission for MBBS ???
Because if you want to take admission through normal quota ( Indian national), then, you need to show the relevant documents at the time of counselling.
I hope this answer was helpful to you.
All the best dear..
Hello Tanu
As far as I know, colleges like these do not reveal the number of seats left after the filling starts. You can know the total number of seats but not the number of seats left as the keep some of them reserved for the last minute admissions, some for management quota and some for other purposes that they do not want you to know. If you are eligible and they have a vacant seat then you will get it otherwise not, as simple as that.
Maurya, KMC, is a Private Medical College in Karnataka. Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling and the seats are filled through State Counselling alone. And for appearing for State Counselling you need to hold the domicile of that particular State. Or else the only other option is through Management Quota. Under All India Quota, All the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC are filled by DGHS. The 85% State Quota and Private Colleges are filled by the respective State Authorities. And there are 3 Categories in Private Medical Colleges. Category A is the Government Quota Seats. And only candidates of the home State are eligible to apply for these seats. B Category seats are also called Management Quota Seats and they are filled through State counselling and the remaining seats will be filled through direct Admissions by contacting the College directly. Here the fees is usually nothing less than 40 lakhs. The last Category is NRI seats Category and you cannot apply for that.
Best of the facilities are provided here, experienced clinicians and faculty who are always here to guide and support in academics and beond. Hostel provide conducive enviroment for students to grow.
This is one of the best thing about KMC. It has a huge campus and it is really beautiful. The place is very clean and the hostel facilities are really good. The food is also very healthy and hygienic. There is all kind of facilities available here.
The college infrastructure was good in our college, it had all the facilities and equipment. library was also very good and was full of useful books arranged systematically. classrooms and labs were also good.
