Yes definitely you can apply as you shall pass out in 2018.

Colleges shall start from 2019 august for MA in English.

Application forms tentatively expected from January 2019 onwards.

all the mentined coleges are good For chemical engineering but based on placement and other things best college Is NIT Tiruchirappall. Other colleges are good too

Which is better option between lit Nagpur or iiit Nagpur irrespective of branches?

Definitely, it's LIT-Nagpur. But the only problem is temperature. I knew that I won't be able to bare that atmosphere and temperature. So, I took admission in VIT, Pune. And in terms of placements, LIT-Nagpur is quite good as compared to VIT.

if you belong to genral catogary then you have to scored rank under 10k for LIT nagpur.
Because accordibg to previous year cut off clisibg rank for genral is arround to 10k.
