can admission be possible in this college with 251 marks in neet ug in general category?

Sorry to say that but you won't be able to get a seat in medical college as the qualifying marks for general category is 50 %which is around 360 marks but you can try for management quota seats in private and deemed medical colleges. I hope this information helps you.
