No there is no women quota in NIFT. There are only SC, ST, OBC(NCL), State Domicile, NRI AND PHP quota. Women reservation is done to increase the ratio of the girls to the boys. NIFT doesn’t need that. However, there is a seat reservation of 27% in all courses offered by NIFT for candidates belonging to OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Category.

Nifft ranchi is good college and also safe.

Faculty :teacher here are very helpful for the student . All the teacher have a good knowledge and have a good education background.  They are very supportive and encouraging.

Placement here is also great average salary package is 4.5 lpa while highest is 8 lpa and lowest is 3.5lpa.
