Gen quota, 47000 JEE main rank, ist round i got Metellugy in NIFFT, ranchi. 2nd round i got Mathematics (5yrs,) in NIT surat. which is better one. please advise.

Congratulations for scoring quite good rank in JEE mains 2020.
Coming to the colleges you selected NIFFT is a specialized institute. The qualtiy of placements of MME in NIFFT is better than most NIT's (expect few) and comparable with IIT-BHU.
