The college has its own 100 bedded Homoeopathy hospital housed in Hahnemann Mansion, in the heart of town, imparting services to the ailing humanity. The hospital has medicinal surgical gynecologic obstetrics and pediatrics wards. The hospital has an OPD unit clinical pathology, an operation theatre, and a radiology unit. The hospital has a mobile medico van and provides regular health services to the people in rural and urban areas in the vicinity of the college by way of arranging medical camps, and school health-programmed health exhibitions.

The PHMC has a well-established central Library and five postgraduate Departmental Libraries which caters to the need of undergraduate and Post Graduate students research scholars and faculty members. The Library functions on an open access system for the faculty members and P.G. research scholars (Ph.D.) but the UG students have only limited access. The remains are open from morning 9 am to 6 pm evening on all working days.
