Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing is a four-year full-time program that is the Undergraduate level in the nursing course offered by The West Bengal University of Health Sciences, Kolkata, and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).


Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidate must be a Citizen of India and a Domicile of West Bengal, having resided uninterruptedly for the last 10 years or whose parents are permanent residents of West Bengal. A Domicile Certificate from a Competent Authority is required.
  • Must have passed the "10+2" examination (passed in both Theory & Practical separately) from any Recognized Board in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English).
  • Minimum aggregate marks: 45% for General and EWS, and 40% for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PwD.
  • Candidates claiming admission in a reserved category must produce a relevant certificate. An invalid certificate will result in a loss of opportunity for admission in that category.
  • Candidates must be medically fit for the course and provide a Medical Fitness Certificate in the format supplied by WBJEEB.
