Riddhivinayak College of Nursing, Palghar Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college Library and Learning resource Centre is an invaluable resource for students, researchers and faculties of Nursing education. It has the most complete collection of text & reference books, audio-video material, films, charts, professional journal and Magazines. It is a most lively place in the college providing a comfortable and readers friendly environment that enables learning and advancement of knowledge, and promotes scholarship.

The fully air-conditioned and wi-fi enabled library and learning resource centre is spread over 4943 sq. ft provides access to the best of Nursing related resources through its acquisition of various books, Journals, online databases consisting of scholarly and Nursing education and service-related content. The learning resource center is coordinating point between the faculty and students which is supported by highly skilled and trained library and information Professionals.

The college has a departmental based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

As per the Indian Nursing Council norms, the facility for Nursing students Hostel is provided. A total of 160 bed capacity area is provided, with 80 beds for female candidates and 80 beds for male candidates.

The hostel is situated at the second floor of the Riddhi Vinayak Hospital structure. There are single, twin, triplet, and quadruple sharing along with dormitory style halls.

There are adequate number of toilets and bath rooms facility provided separately for male candidates.

There are facilities for safe drinking water and continuous electric supply. The generator helps to maintain the constant power supply to the whole building structure.

Televisions are provided for the students’ entertainment, recreation and diversion purpose.

The hostel campus is safe and secured with security guards vigilant throughout the day and night.

The hostel campus has recreational area for the sports and exercise activities.

Students strictly follow the rules and conduct throughout their hostel stay.
