The college has a Computer Centre is a central facility, which caters to the needs of different academic research and various skill development at the College. The mission of the Computer Centre at Rungta Nursing College is to create and maintain an advanced computing environment for the pursuit of academic excellence. The ultimate aim of the center is to provide professional services and promote and assist the use of new computing technology among the students, staff, and administration.

The college provides comprehensive nursing care to the clients admitted to the hospitals, students will be given preliminary training in inpatient care at the college laboratory. There is a ten-bed foundation of a nursing laboratory where each bed is provided with a complete bed unit. There are two technologically advanced manikins, teaching and learning aids, and simulation equipment for the quality learning of the students.

The College has a Boys Hostel to accommodate students who come from different parts of the country. The Hostel has a separate dining hall, common room, and washroom area within the hostel. The rooms are furnished. The Mess is operated thrice a day at breakfast, at lunch, and dinner. Wi-Fi facility is also available in the Hostel. Laundry services are separately provided within the campus for residents.

The College has a girl's Hostel to accommodate students who come from different parts of the country. The Hostel has a separate dining hall, common room, and washroom area within the hostel. Laundry services are separately provided within the campus for residents.

The college cafeteria is one hygienic place that serves consistent food quality at a reasonable cost, which fosters the health and well-being of all the members of the college and guests arriving.

The College has a standard multipurpose indoor sports playground. The courts laid with wooden planks are used for Badminton, basketball, volleyball, etc. Besides this, a separate room for chess and table tennis is also provided.

The college has a Transport facility of A.C. buses for staff and students commuting from the College having multiple pick-up points available at affordable charges. The bus routes are well planned to cover the entire nearby areas in such a manner that the daily commuters feel convenient as well as comfortable.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.
