For admission in SMS Medical College, Jaipur the cut off for the General Category under the State quota was a rank of 13,603 and marks 539 for female candidates in NEET 2018 and 1717 rank and 614 marks for the male candidates.

BSc Radiation Technology is a 3-year course. To become eligible to apply for the course at Sawai Man Singh Medical College (SMS MC) Jaipur, you need to have passed Class 12 in PCB from the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or any other examination recognized as equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English taken together at the qualifying examination.
Selection Procedure: You can take admission to the course by appearing for Rajasthan Centralized Admission Test for Para Medical Courses (RCA PMC) conducted by Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS). The exam for this year admission has already been conducted. RCA PMC will allow you to appear for various other paramedical courses beside BSc Radiation Tech.

To study the dynamics of the working of MRI, you can opt for B.Sc. Radiation Technology. It is a 3-year course and requires one to have passed Class XII with PCB from Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or any other examination recognized with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English taken together. The subject deals with the diagnosis of diseases with the use of X-Rays.
Radiography is the science of taking images of internal human body parts through X-Ray, CT Scan, MRI, etc.
