IEMB is a rigorous, challenging, global and compact program for mid-senior level professionals, who want to accelerate their careers. It is designed to sharpen leadership skills and close the knowledge gap, providing the means to turn ideas into action and achieve goals.

The Program gives you the opportunity to expand your horizons, learn from experience and interaction with the others participants and the faculty. The learning path is empowered by the opportunity to immediately apply concepts, skills, and know-how acquired through assignments, drawn from business and current managerial challenges.

This provides immediate benefits and allows the development of the necessary competencies and attitudes to navigate the worldwide business arena and to become a Global Leader.

The program offers deep global exposure, thanks to its international faculty, the immersion weeks in Milan, and the ongoing interaction with international participants attending global programs hosted by SDA Bocconi Asia Center.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Undergraduate degree in any discipline
2. 9+ years of work experience or young entrepreneurs
3. Proficiency in english
4. GMAT/GRE scores (taken after 1st January 2023)) or SDA Bocconi test
5. Current full-time employment.

Admission Details

Step 1

Application for IEMB is available online, candidate can apply and submit the same with required documents and application fees of INR 4000. The application fee is non- refundable under any circumstance. We encourage you to email your resume to the Admissions team, we will guide you through the process

Step 2

Applications are evaluated on each candidate’s academic and professional experiences together with their motivations and individual skills. The process must not only determine whether candidates are suitable for the SDA Bocconi’s IEMB, but also whether the Program will meet each candidate’s expectations and career goals. The candidates will either have to submit GMAT/GRE or take internal test followed by the final step of Personal Interview.

Step 3

Candidates will receive a formal offer letter/Result from the Admissions office informing them of the admission decision as soon as the selection process is completed for a respective round. Accepted Candidates must confirm their participation based on deadline set by the Admissions Service.
